Gabriela Mennel (Cachita)

Founder & Curator Music

Cachita is the founder and conceptual mind behind re:Q, a cultural platform dedicated to increasing the visibility of the Swiss creative scene both locally and internationally. She also curates the magazines music department, focusing on emerging artists and contemporary sound culture. From 2022 to 2024, she worked as a radio host at SRF Virus, where she created and led the Female Music Special, a weekly format spotlighting Swiss female musicians. The show later expanded into a live event, fostering exchange, visibility, and community among artists across the country. Based in Zurich, Cachita is also a musician herself, working across music, moderation, and cultural production. She has established herself in the Swiss cultural landscape 6 her practice is rooted in identity, female empowerment, and community-building.

Dafina Haziraj

Head of Brand & Design

Dafina is a Swiss visual specialist known for her vibrant, distinctive style and instantly recognizable editingdefining a visual language that sets her work apart. Operating under the alias Cherry on Top, she focuses on brand language, identity, and photography, gaining strong recognition within the German-speaking Swiss creative and cultural scene.

She has worked with brands and platforms such as Red Bull, Openair Frauenfeld, Coke Studio, and LYRICS Magazineexperiences that strengthened her connection to culture, music, and contemporary storytelling. Her work moves between live environments and structured visual concepts, capturing atmosphere, emotion, and identityalways adding that cherry on top.

Alongside her live work, Dafina has built her own art studio, focusing on controlled visual concepts, studio photography, and handcrafted artworks.

At re:Q, Dafina serves as Lead of the Production Team for Art Direction and Brand Visuals, and is responsible for the platforms photographic direction. She leads the creative direction of interviews, projects, and productions, including set design and overall visual concept developmentensuring a consistent and culturally relevant visual identity.

Elena Gerber

Videographer

Elena Berger is a Swiss-based freelance photographer and videographer working at the intersection of storytelling and audiovisual design. With a background in dance, multimedia production, and creative direction, she approaches her work as a videographer with rhythm, bringing a strong sense of movement, timing, and emotion

Driven by aesthetics and authenticity, she develops each project with precision, passion, and a strong instinct for emotional storytelling. Her experience both in front ofand behind the camera gives her a rare dual perspective, allowing her to shape narratives with depth and a holistic understanding of visual production.

As a multimedia producer, she combines narrative thinking with audiovisual design to create content that resonates beyond the surface. She has worked across a variety of creative formats as a Creative Director and now operates independently on a project basis, including her own music video productions.

At re:Q, she is responsible for the planning and execution of video formats, particularly interview productions, where she translates stories into cohesive, visually engagingnarratives.

Waveringdesign

Graphic Design

Waveringdesign is a Swiss/Albanian graphic designer from the French-speaking part of Switzerland who received a diploma in Graphic Design in 2023. She is known online for her distinctive visual style that revives the aesthetic of the early 2000s with a contemporary twist. Her projects blend nostalgia with modern trends, giving her designs a recognizable and playful edge.

She finds her inspirations through old magazines, grocery brochures and vintage ads. With strong compositions, stretched-out typography and bold colors, her main goal is to push the boundaries and create experimental and unique concepts.

Waveringdesign specializes in creating visual content for artists and organisations such as Filmstar, Diaspora Magazine, NED Music Club, The LuckedOut Zine and more. For re:Q, waveringdesigns role is to shape the visual language of the brand, while also creating content for the social media accounts.

Yanik Stebler

Head of Finance

Yanik Stebler (*1989) is a music manager, executive producer, A&R, DJ, and founder of NoHook GmbH. Active in music and urban culture since 2004, he began his career as a DJ and event organizer and continues to perform regularly behind the decks while working across artist development, music management, and cultural project initiatives.

Through NoHook, he supports artists in management, publishing, distribution, booking, and creative strategy. His work focuses on collaborative processes, contemporary urban music, and the development of sustainable structures for independent artists and cultural projects across Switzerland, Germany, and Austria.

He is also a board member of re:Q, where he is responsible for finance and strategic financial oversight.

Lisa

Curator Fashion

Lisa is a Swiss stylist working at the intersection of fashion, culture, and contemporary image-making. With a strong passion for styling and visual storytelling, she has collaborated with a wide range of artists and brands, shaping projects that reflect a sharp and forward-thinking aesthetic.

She is the founder of one of Switzerlands first online archive stores, where she curates and sells selected designer pieces, giving new life to fashion through carefully sourced garments. Alongside this, she regularly initiates and co-organizes pop-up stores with other creatives, creating spaces where exclusive pieces and emerging perspectives in fashion can be discovered.

Currently studying fashion business management, she continues to deepen her understanding of the field while actively contributing to its development. Her work is driven by a strong interest in the evolution of Swiss fashion, with a particular focus on emerging designers and new brand identities.

At re:Q, she contributes through the Fashion Department, where she shares her insights, highlights upcoming brands, and engages with the ongoing development of the Swiss fashion landscape

Yannis Blättler

Curator Visuals

Yannis Blättler is a Swiss photographer active since 2016, known for his strong presence within the countrys urban music and culture scene. Over the years, he has worked with a wide range of Swiss artists, helping shape a distinct visual identity around contemporary urban expression.

Based around his own studio Yung Eye, Yannis collaborates with both national and international artists as well as numerous brands. His portfolio includes projects with talents such as Albanian artist Tayna and visual work for internationally recognized Swiss producer OZ, including imagery featured on large-scale billboards.

Beyond his photography, Jannis is engaged in building creative infrastructure. He is the founder of Circle 10, a networking platform connecting photographers, filmmakers, creators, and agencies, fostering collaboration and exchange across disciplines. In addition, he contributes at re:Q as a co-author in the field of visuals, with a focus on photography and film.

Nina Gracey

Curator Culture & Events

Nina Gracey leads the Culture & Events department at RE:Q, where she covers Switzerlands evolving cultural landscape with a focus on live formats and contemporary event culture.

Based in Bern, she works as an event manager at Stellwerk, where she has been involved in organizing and executing a wide range of cultural events, gaining hands-on experience in shaping memorable live experiences around music, art, and shared moments.

Nina is a Swiss-based creative who moves fluidly between roles curator, event manager, editor, and cultural producer. With a background in multimedia production, she brings a strong sense of storytelling, aesthetics, and intuition for what makes a moment feel alive. Whether in front of or behind the scenes, she is drawn to spaces where people, music, and culture intersect.

Alongside her work in events, she also contributes as an editor at re:Q, helping shape the platforms editorial voice. Her approach combines practical execution with narrative sensitivity, highlighting key moments, emerging formats, and the people shaping Switzerlands cultural scene.

Jose Tippenhauer

Curator Romandie

José Geos Tippenhauer is the curator for re:Qs Romandie section, shaping the platforms perspective on French-speaking Swiss culture with a focus on music, voice, and contemporary urban expression.

Based in Geneva, he is a rapper and radio host on Couleur 3, where he presents NAYUNO, a show dedicated to rap, R&B, and related genres. Alongside his radio work, he has developed a wide range of digital formats for Swiss media, including MascO4, MP3 to C3, Couilles sur la Table X Rap, NAYUNO Sessions, and Soul Sessions.

Over the years, his microphone has hosted a broad spectrum of artists, and his work has taken him to major cultural stages and events such as Visions du Réel, Label Suisse, the Fête de la Musique, and various club and festival formats across Switzerland, including Montreux Jazz-related nights and Downtown Boogie events.

In 2026, Geos steps back into music with renewed focus, releasing new solo tracks including FOKLÉBOSS, INNIT, and VU BLEU, marking a new chapter alongside his curatorial work.

Dalvin Corey

Curator Dance

Swiss born Dalvin Corey began his career Breakdancing at the age of 12, training in his hometown and later in Zurich @ The Academy of Performing Arts at the age of 18.

In 2019 he was fortunate to be cast in 'The X Factor', Italy. He has continued in primetime TV ever since, including 'The Masked Dancer' series 1 (ITV) 'The Masked Singer' (ITV) Starstruck (ITV) Queen of the Universe (Paramount) and 'I Can See Your Voice' for (BBC1) with Creative Director: Elizabeth Honan.

Hes performed with Artists such as: Kyle Minogue, Anne Marie and Mabel just to name a few!

In 2023 Dalvin filmed the new Feature Film Wicked staring Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo (Universal Pictures) due for release 2024.

His big break is in the British feature film Greatest Days (2023) where he plays one of the roles in the fictional boyband to the songbook of British Supergroup, Take That.

At re:Q, he is responsible for curating the "Dance" section.
